No minimum order! Order as little or as much as you like. However, orders above PKR 3,000 qualify for free delivery across all Karachi zones.

You can cancel within 1 hour of placing an order by visiting My Orders and clicking "Cancel Order." After dispatch, cancellation is not possible — but you can refuse delivery and we'll arrange a refund.

We deliver across all major Karachi zones: Central Karachi, East (Gulshan, Gulberg), West (Orangi, North Karachi), South (Clifton, DHA), Malir/Landhi, and Korangi/Surjani Town.

Charges vary by zone: Central PKR 150 · South PKR 160 · East PKR 180 · West & Korangi PKR 200 · Malir/Landhi PKR 220. Orders above PKR 3,000 get free delivery in all zones.

Standard delivery is 1–2 business days within Karachi. During peak seasons (Eid, Ramadan) it may take up to 3 days. You'll receive a call from our rider before delivery.

Currently we only deliver within Karachi. Nationwide shipping is on our roadmap — follow us on social media for updates. For urgent bulk orders outside Karachi, WhatsApp us directly.

Our rider will attempt delivery twice. On the third attempt, the order may be cancelled. Please keep your phone available on the delivery day. You can also track order status in My Orders.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and EasyPaisa mobile wallet. More options like JazzCash and bank transfer are coming soon.

Select EasyPaisa at checkout. You'll be taken to a payment page with our EasyPaisa number and a deep link to open the app directly. Send the exact amount, then enter your Transaction ID to confirm. Orders are verified within 15–30 minutes.

Absolutely. We never store card or wallet credentials. EasyPaisa payments are verified manually by our team. Our website uses SSL encryption for all data transmission.

After entering your Transaction ID, our team verifies it manually — usually within 30 minutes. If it's been over an hour, WhatsApp us your Order ID and transaction screenshot and we'll resolve it immediately.

Yes. AL-NAHL Organics sources directly from trusted organic farms and beekeepers. Our honey, oils, and herbal products contain no artificial preservatives, colors, or additives. We conduct periodic quality checks.

All products have a manufacturing and expiry date printed on the packaging. Raw honey has a very long shelf life (2–3 years if stored properly). Please store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Yes! If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund. We do not accept returns for opened consumable products unless they are defective.

Yes! For orders of 10+ units of any product, or mixed bulk orders above PKR 15,000, we offer special wholesale rates. WhatsApp us or email us to discuss.

Yes, a free account is required to place orders so we can track your delivery and order history. Registration takes under 30 seconds with just your name, phone and password.

Log in and go to My Orders. Each order shows a live status (Pending → Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → Delivered) with a progress bar. You'll also receive WhatsApp updates at key stages.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered phone number and we'll send a reset link via SMS. Alternatively, WhatsApp us with your registered phone number and we'll help you reset it.
