This helps us improve our website performance and user experience.

We use your personal information strictly for fulfilling your orders and providing customer support. Your name, phone number, and address are shared with our delivery riders solely to complete your delivery. Your phone number may be used to send order status updates via WhatsApp or SMS. We do not use your data for targeted advertising. We may use anonymised, aggregated data (e.g., most popular products by area of Karachi) to improve our product range and delivery operations. If you have opted in to our newsletter, we may send occasional promotional messages — you can unsubscribe at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.

AL-NAHL Organics does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. We may share your information with: (1) Delivery partners — only your name, phone, and address, for the purpose of completing your delivery. (2) Payment processors — EasyPaisa transaction details are verified through their official platform; no financial credentials are stored by us. (3) Legal authorities — if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our customers or staff. We do not use third-party analytics services that track personal behaviour across websites. Any third parties we engage are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the stated purpose.

Your data is stored on secure servers protected by industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. Profile photos are stored on our server with restricted access. We retain your order data for a minimum of 3 years for legal and accounting compliance. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time (see Your Rights below), after which we retain only anonymised transaction records required by law. While we take every reasonable precaution to secure your data, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

We use PHP session cookies to keep you logged in during your visit. These cookies expire when you close your browser or log out — we do not use persistent tracking cookies for advertising. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking script on our website.
